Here is a new poem I wrote, it is about Leslie Cheung and comprises 14 lines, 1 for each year we have lost him -

I called you big brother Even though I have never met you You were like family to me You who sang me to sleep Out of and into sadness Your voice as seductive as the bejeweled Saturn I followed your moves like a moon orbiting the planet Coveting the red dazzling Mary Janes you flaunted at your concert Your legs teasing the glamorous air of the late 90s None of us knew we were perilously close To the end of an era When you would stop tangoing On the other side of the millennium Saturn missing her rings
